CODIM brings the announcement about the “Simultaneity in the Disclosure of Information” to Public Hearing

CODIM – the Guidance Committee for the Disclosure of Information to the Market -, formed by representatives from Amec and other eleven associations of the domestic capital market, brought its most recent announcement – “Simultaneity in the Disclosure of Information” – to Public Hearing.

CODIM is committed to providing guidance and making suggestions to publicly-held companies, investors relation professionals, investment analysts, investors, and fund managers, among others, regarding the most adequate alternatives to disclose information for a quite diversified audience that has been demanding more and more quality, transparence, accessibility and detailed data.
